The Aqueduct Family & Spa Resort, situated in the Western Upper Galilee overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is located on the site of ancient waterways that flowed through the region and the result is a magnificent family vacation resort that offers activities associated with a sense of wellbeing and the pleasures of life.

The Aqueduct Family Resort & Spa complex will stand out in the scenic, historical and cultural heritage of the region, while the flow of water in the vicinity of the aqueduct connects the open landscape of the surrounding parks, the buildings and the open and covered water pools as a modern expression of building, to the spa facilities and to the activities offered by the resort.

The resort sprawls over 80,000 square meters and includes 8,000 square meters of guest accommodation (150 high-quality holiday suites averaging 40 square meters each) and a further 9,000 square meters of public facilities: A spacious main building (lobby, reception, dining area, etc), and three additional functional buildings (sports and fitness facility, spa facility and pools facility).

The complex will consist of 2-3 floor buildings, including a geometric structures that allow for secluded areas and greater intimacy, enveloping with its “wings” separate structures designed for spa, sporting and entertainment activities.

The project will include the exposure of the upper aqueduct (from the Ottoman period) in all its glory along hundred of meters from within the resort to the magnificent section of the aqueduct south of the museum. The plan is to upgrade the existing aqueduct, with the approval of the Antiquities Authority, in order to create a unique, historical landscape open to all that will constitute the original authentic view rather than a representation thereof.
